Making wine as it once was, in a simple way: grapes and lots of patience. Respect the character and traditions of the territory and the characteristics of the vintage without forcing the ripening times or resorting to artificial corrections in the cellar. We would like every vintage to be a new experience for those who drink our wines.
The orange wine Fatto coi Piedi (Made with the Feet) and Rosso Filarole. Vineyard wines, small quantities and a lot of care.

The recovery of old vineyards has a great cultural, ecological and social, but also oenological value. Initially we recovered abandoned vineyards, then we took over other plots of old vineyards in Val Tidone with the native grapes of Piacenza: Barbera and Croatina (bonarda) with red berry, Malvasia and Ortrugo with white berry.
Wine is made in the vineyard, which is why we feel so important the choice of vineyards in which to grow and harvest our grapes.

Speaking with the elderly you can hear words “italianized” from dialect, filarole is one of these: in the Piacenza dialect, filaröl are rows and small vineyards.
To take care our “filarole” we have chosen organic agriculture, lots of manual work, respect for these plants and for the territory.
We have chosen to keep the old vine plants, to replace the missing ones with material from our mother plants.
